The Founder
Why I started BayCo
I spent a year knocking on doors for a roofing company in Huntsville.
No salary. No leads. No gas card. The answer to every question was “knock more doors.” And the culture behind it wasn't the kind of place you'd want to stay.
Then we finished one of the largest jobs I'd sold that year, a $30,000 roof. The crew broke her patio cover and tore her window screen on the way out. Combined, maybe $500 to fix both.
The company refused.
She had to call me, the salesperson, over and over for a month just to get someone to follow through on what we'd verbally promised.
That was the moment.
I started BayCo to build something different. A company where homeowners are treated like people, not transactions. And a place where the people who work here actually want to be here.
