Three guarantees that take the risk out of your roof
The price we quote is the price you pay. Nothing gets added without your say-so. And the last check waits until you're happy.
What homeowners actually worry about
A new roof is a big check written to someone you met two weeks ago. The worries are predictable.
Inflated quotes, climbing bills, and surprise charges for rot or decking.
Poor workmanship, weak warranties, and roofs that fail years early.
Storm chasers, fly-by-night crews, and contractors who shift blame when something goes wrong.
Nails in the yard, dents in the driveway, and a mess left behind.
How the plan answers each one
Every worry above maps to a specific commitment below or a page on the site.
We inspect by the data. We'd rather lose the job than put your insurance history at risk over a borderline call.
Your three guarantees
Three specific promises, in writing, for the three places a roofing job usually breaks down.
Locked-In Quote Promise
Other contractors give you an estimate that can climb once the job starts. Our quote is locked in. If we measure wrong, we cover the difference. You pay the price we quoted, not a dollar more.
No-Surprises Tear-Off
If we pull the old roof off and find rotten decking or hidden damage underneath, we stop work, send you photos, and explain what we found. Nothing gets repaired and nothing gets added to your bill without your approval first.
Pay Only When You're Happy
Your final payment isn't due until you walk the job with us and sign off. We protect the landscaping and the home with tarps and OSB during tear-off, run a magnet sweep for nails, and leave the site clean before we head out. If something isn't right, whether it's the install or the cleanup, we stay on it until you're happy. No final check, no final signature, until you say so.

How it works
Three steps from quote to signed-off roof.
Get your locked-in quote
Free inspection, measurements, and a written price that can't change. You'll see every line item before you decide anything.
Approve before we go further
If we find anything unexpected during tear-off, you see photos and decide before any extra work happens. Nothing gets added to the bill without your say-so.
Walk the roof and sign off
When the job is done, we walk it with you. If something needs to be made right, we stay on it. Final payment comes after you approve.
Why BayCo stands behind this
We're a family-owned roofing company in Huntsville, Alabama. A roof is one of the biggest purchases most homeowners ever make, and the only way we can build a business here is by earning the next neighbor's trust. The Homeowner Protection Plan is how we put that on paper.
